We, at Al Aimran Cars are ready to give you out best service possible at any time.  Like every company, we have our own set of terms and conditions for the betterment of our services and to guarantee that Al Aimran Cars and you will have only the very best experience during your rental.

The lease is granted for the period specified in the contract except conventional prolongation granted by the hirer (the tenant). The tenant agrees by signing the said terms and conditions.

• “The leaser”recognizes that the vehicle is in perfect working condition, clean, and comes with all accessories and documents.
• The tenant agrees to return the vehicle to AL AIMRAN CARS with all accessories in a state identical to the one in which it was delivered, on the place and date indicated on the rental contract. The tenant also agrees to return all documents required for the movement of the vehicle, failing which the lease will continue to be charged until the original tariff reset AL AIMRAN CARS. In case of loss of these papers, the tenant must pay the amount of duplicate charges.
• The lease is terminated when AL AIMRAN CARS finds the so-called return of the vehicle, accessories and documents.
• Unless expressly authorized by extension AL AIMRAN CARS, non-return of the vehicle at the date may be considered a breach of trust exposing the tenant for lawsuits.

Vehicle Use

• The rental agreement is by no assignable case, only designated drivers on the contract are authorized to drive the vehicle. They must be present at the contract signing.
• The minimum age for a rental is 25 years. The driver must hold a driving license category B for at least two years. The permit must be presented together with a passport or identity card. Adding an additional driver (respondent all rental qualifications regarding age and validity of the permit) is to be agreed upon booking or at the time of delivery.
• The driver agrees not to use the vehicle on clean roads to traffic.
• The tenant agrees not to propel or pull any vehicle or any trailer, to make no changes to the vehicle, to be used at each stop locking systems and protection and keep the keys and vehicle documents on him.
• The tenant agrees that the vehicle is not used by people who are drunk or under the effect of absorbed substances which alter the reflexes necessary to drive.
• The tenant agrees not to use the vehicle in contravention of customs regulations, the Highway Code or other laws, to participate in any test, competition or racing.
• The tenant is also forbidden to use the vehicle to transport people or objects in return for payment, exception being made for light commercial vehicles, for illicit purposes.
• If tire deterioration (s) for any reason other than normal wear, the tenant agrees to the (s) or the repair (s) immediately by replacing a tire of the same dimensions and characteristics.

Rent, Security Deposit and Extension

The tenant agrees to pay or reimburse AL AIMRAN CARS, at its request representing the sum of:

• The rental price, the deposit and any other benefit determined during booking and payable in advance at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
• The costs incurred by AL AIMRAN CARS to ensure compensation for damage to vehicles and not caused by normal wear.
• Fuel expenses.
